DENON, October 1984 CONCEPT C-85, C-65SR, DR-65 - stereo systems

An A4 stapled booklet of 16 pages on the DENON CONCEPT line of compact systems, themed around a “round-trip editing journey” - the whole cover is laid out like a travel shelf with a DENON AIRLINES tag, and the star is the W Reverse deck that records and edits tracks from both sides of the tape without flipping the cassette. The systems are C series only: the top C-85BK on the 70W+70W PMA-85BK amplifier with the flat honeycomb SC-85BK speakers, then the C-65SR, C-60BK, C-55, C-35 and the junior C-8BK and C-15, all built around the dual-reverse DR-65/DR-55 decks, linear-tracking DP-R85/DP-R25 turntables and quartz tuners. The options spread carries the DE-65/DE-55 graphic equalizers with expander, stands, DM microphones, AH headphones and DENON DX cassettes, while an image spread hints at AV expansion with a video input and a CD teaser. The last two pages hold the full specification table.
