An A4 stapled booklet, 32 pages - DENON’s home theater catalogue, No.12 on the cover. The top of the range is the AVP-A1HD and POA-A1HD separates plus the integrated AVC-A1HD, all THX Ultra2 and priced ¥600,000-735,000, and the bottom is a five-channel receiver at ¥55,650. Sources come down to one universal Blu-ray player, the DBT-1713UD, marked “on sale late July”, while speakers get five pages: four series from 11SG to 7L2, the top one with an acoustic labyrinth and a supertweeter to 90kHz. Beyond the models, the catalogue walks through Audyssey MultEQ room calibration and shows cutaway woofers for D.D.L. and P.P.D.D., while the AVR-4311 and both iPod docks are flagged discontinued. Nothing unexpected for 2012 - 4K upscaling, AirPlay, phone control - except that the flagship AVC-A1HD is the same one the home theater catalogue carried three years earlier.
