Amplifiers KA-929 and KA-727 use DLD (Dynamic Level Drive), splitting the signal path into two amplifiers handling low and high levels independently to preserve micro-dynamics. Cassette decks KX-727R (auto-reverse) and KX-727W (twin deck) use TLLE recording, turntable KP-727 takes T4P plug-in cartridges, tuners KT-929/727 also feature DLD on the front end. The CD player DP-700 is listed as an option for most configurations. The red coil tube and scarlet macaw parrot are the campaign’s signature visual.
