A 32-page stapled A4 catalog for the Panasonic Intelligent Compo lineup, August 1988. Compact audio systems built around Technics components, ranging from the flagship D9000 with DSP and Digital Link to the entry-level CD350.
The key feature of the upper models is Digital Link - a fiber optic connection between CD player and amplifier that keeps the signal digital all the way to the DAC inside the amplifier. The D9000 adds a DSP for soundfield processing. All systems support three digital sources: CD, BS satellite tuner and DAT - a serious proposition for 1988. Speakers are magnetically shielded for TV-adjacent placement, and the catalog actively promotes AV integration scenarios.
