The flagship DA-1100EX (145W+145W, ¥138,000) is a digital integrated amplifier with DAT digital inputs and a built-in Real Step Full-bit D/A converter; KA-990EX (130W, ¥79,800) and KA-880D (120W, ¥59,800) use the New VIG-DLD circuit. Tuners KT-1100D (¥74,800), KT-V990 (¥59,800), and KT-V880 (¥45,000) all cover FM and AM, the KT-V990 and KT-V880 also cover TV audio bands (U/V), with the top two featuring the 4D System and Pentacle Circuit.

When a good-sounding amplifier was redefined as an amplification system that does not degrade the original sound, the approach to amplifier development changed. We reexamined, one by one, the factors that hinder sound - vibration, power supply, internal layout, circuits, elements, materials and so on - and also dealt with new hindering factors caused by microcomputer equipment and the like, and the new KENWOOD amplifier was completed. Strut air suspension, logical flow construction, Clean Cyclone power supply... We want you to hear the volume and crispness of deep bass. We want you to hear the expressiveness of the mids and highs with their sharp contrast.
