The opening spread is devoted entirely to the CT-980 at ¥109,800 - Ribbon Sendust head, Quartz-PLL drive and auto-reverse recording via the 3DD mechanism. The lineup continues down through the CT-880, CT-780, CT-580 and CT-480, all with auto-reverse and Dolby C on the upper models. The final section summarizes the remaining lineup from the CT-970 down to the CT-470, the CT-X series and separately the CT-A1 from the Artistic Sound Series at ¥230,000.
