Decking” spread traces Lo-D’s R&P head development history going back to 1973, seven straight years of refining their 3-head systems by that point. The senior MB models - D-5500MB at 220,000 yen and D-1100MB at 108,000 with proprietary UniTorque DD and ATRS auto-calibration. The E series is more accessible - from the 3-head D-E90 with dual capstan down to the entry-level D-E20 at 34,800 yen, but all metal-compatible.
